On the afternoon of September 23, 2025, a quality‑focused salon co‑hosted by Huayao Company, Bowei Intelligence, and Bowei Electric was successfully held at Huayao Company. Relevant personnel from each company gathered to engage in in-depth discussions on topics such as quality management, supply‑chain collaboration, and the sharing of manufacturing resources.
The event began with an on-site visit to Huayao Company’s automated production line and its CNAS‑accredited laboratory, giving participants a more concrete understanding of smart manufacturing and inspection and testing.
During the sharing session, participants systematically articulated their respective quality philosophies and collaborative approaches from a strategic perspective. Huayao Company, guided by the mission of “Smart Quality Ecosystem,” leverages the V‑AIMS model to integrate digital intelligence with ITSS standards, delivers “4S‑store‑style” services, co‑builds testing and supply‑chain platforms, and enhances its ability to respond to customer needs. Bowei Intelligence places “customer needs and precise implementation” at its core; supported by flexible manufacturing and information systems, it strengthens supply‑chain risk management and achieves accurate delivery across multiple product varieties. Bowei Electric, centering on the formula “Product Quality = Design × Manufacturing × Comprehensive Quality,” advances a “left‑shift‑to‑the‑extreme” strategy, bolstering product competitiveness through forward‑looking R&D and end‑to‑end process control.
During the thematic symposium, participants engaged in in-depth discussions centered on three key areas: quality collaboration, procurement collaboration, and manufacturing collaboration.
This salon will explicitly focus on collaboration along three key pathways: “interoperability of testing resources, collaborative development with suppliers, and sharing of manufacturing processes.” Moving forward, personnel from each business unit will jointly develop a work plan, implement it on a monthly basis, and conduct an end-of-year review to ensure the effective implementation of the collaborative mechanism, thereby supporting the company’s steady progress on the path of high-quality development.
