To further advance quality‑culture development and strengthen quality awareness across the organization, on the noon of September 15, 2025, the company’s First and Second Production Plants each organized a “2025 Quality Month Quiz with Prizes” during the lunch break. The event was marked by an enthusiastic atmosphere and active participation from employees, vividly demonstrating a positive culture of “full‑staff engagement and widespread commitment to quality.”

This event centered on three core themes—responsibility awareness, typical case studies, and process standardization—and featured questions covering practical topics such as quality control checkpoints, operating procedures, and self‑inspection and peer‑inspection requirements. Employees enthusiastically competed to answer, achieving a high accuracy rate, particularly in questions related to responsibility awareness and hands‑on operational skills. Throughout the activity, the host announced both the correct answers and the relevant background information for each question, enabling participants to review and reinforce key knowledge while competing—thus achieving the dual goal of “promoting learning through competition and applying what is learned.”
This knowledge quiz not only enriched employees’ leisure time but also, through a lighthearted and engaging approach, reinforced their understanding of the requirements of the quality management system, further strengthening the “quality first” philosophy.
