New Electricals, New Journey, New Future | Bowei Electric Holds Its 2025 Annual Summary and Awards Ceremony along with the Employees’ Congress

On January 23, Bowei Electric held its 2025 Annual Summary and Awards Ceremony, along with the Employees’ Congress. Zou Jianzhong, Chief Accountant of CETC Bowei and Institute 38, and Cheng Airan, Deputy Director of the Discipline Inspection, Supervision, Audit, and Legal Affairs Department of CETC Bowei and a director of Bowei Electric, attended the event. More than 300 participants, including mid-level and senior management, experts, consultants, and employee representatives, were in attendance. The meeting was chaired by Li Peng, the company’s Deputy General Manager.

At 2:00 p.m., the conference officially commenced with the unveiling of the New Year greeting video, “Warm Companionship, Embarking on a New Journey.” In a video brimming with the festive spirit of the Spring Festival, Wang Xiaolong, Deputy General Manager of CETC BOWEI, Deputy Director of Institute 38, and Chairman of Bowei Electric, together with the company’s management team and employees from all departments, extended heartfelt New Year greetings to friends from all sectors. In the video, Wang Xiaolong also recited a meaningful acrostic poem, conveying his earnest hopes and unwavering confidence in the company’s future development:

At the meeting, Zhao Liangman, Secretary of the Company’s Party Branch and General Manager, delivered a work report titled “New Electricals, New Journey, New Future.” The report comprehensively summarized the company’s achievements during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, systematically reviewed all aspects of its work in 2025, conducted an in-depth analysis of the current internal and external environment, and laid out detailed plans for key tasks in 2026. The meeting emphasized that, in 2026, Bowei Electric will continue to address customer concerns and adopt “focusing solely on delivering excellent products” as the overarching guiding principle for the year. Key efforts will be coordinated across five priority areas: first, reinforcing the foundation to ensure stable and sustainable growth; second, planning for a leap forward to build a powerful engine of innovation; third, strengthening organizational vitality to invigorate the workforce; fourth, deepening leadership to unite and align thinking; and fifth, rigorously managing risks to fortify the company’s operational safeguards. The report called on all employees to remain focused, look inward, and work together to paint a bright vision for the “new era of electricals.”

Zou Jianzhong delivered an important address. He fully commended Bowei Electric for the achievements it has attained over the past year and set forth four key requirements for the company’s future development. First, the company must drive upgrades through innovation, underpin growth with talent, master critical core technologies, and build a highly qualified, professional team. Second, it should strengthen Party building as a guiding force, promote deep integration between Party work and business operations, and forge a united front characterized by shared vision and concerted effort. Third, it must cultivate a robust awareness of market and brand risks, enhancing its capacity for market forecasting and the development of new brands. Fourth, it should implement systematic measures to manage operational risks, closely monitoring key areas such as the supply chain, legal compliance, and the “two‑asset” management, thereby establishing a long‑term, resilient risk‑control framework.

The conference honored outstanding organizations and individuals for 2025. The awardees, adorned with ribbons and holding their medals, radiated pride as thunderous applause filled the venue, paying tribute to those who have forged extraordinary value in ordinary roles.

Following the awards ceremony, the company hosted a vibrant cultural performance. Employees from all departments showcased their unique talents, with drumming, singing, crosstalk, recitation, and other acts taking the stage in turn, fully highlighting the staff’s versatility, spirited optimism, and the organization’s strong team cohesion and creativity.

As all attendees joined in a rousing chorus of the heartwarming melody of “Loving Each Other,” this awards ceremony drew to a successful close. The voices blended into a sea of joy and heartfelt emotion, with everyone united in spirit, singing out their love for the company and their hopes for the future.
