Faced with customers’ urgent mid‑August delivery deadlines, the Systems Business Unit, the Supply Chain Management Department, and the Agile Delivery Center sprang into action, tackling this daunting task with a strong sense of responsibility and mission.

Faced with challenges such as lengthy material procurement cycles and complex manufacturing processes, the Supply Chain Management Department’s project manager traveled to the supplier’s factory during the scorching summer holidays and engaged in several rounds of intensive negotiations. Through persistent efforts, they successfully advanced the material delivery schedule, securing valuable time to ensure uninterrupted production. Meanwhile, the Agile Delivery Center implemented a 24-hour continuous shift system, slashing the original 108-hour production cycle to under one week, thereby demonstrating exceptional production‑organization capabilities and highly efficient execution. The leadership team placed great importance on this effort, braving the sweltering heat to closely monitor product delivery timelines on the front lines.
In this race against time, a dedicated group of colleagues has braved the sweltering summer heat, forgoing their weekend rest to work around the clock on the production line, ensuring both product quality and timely delivery. Their unwavering resilience and selfless dedication in such challenging conditions not only test individual capabilities but also vividly embody Bowei Electric’s corporate culture.
