On the afternoon of January 24, Bowei Electric held its 2025 Annual Summary and Awards Ceremony as well as its Employees’ Congress. The event focused on thoroughly studying and implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, and the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection; on carrying out the guiding principles of the Group’s conference on reform and development; on putting into practice Bowei Electric’s “1238” work framework; and on learning and communicating the key directives from the 2025 work conferences of CETC and Bowei Electric. Participants analyzed and assessed the current situation and tasks, comprehensively reviewed the achievements of 2024, and formulated plans for 2025 and the period ahead.

Middle-level and above management personnel, as well as the recognized collectives and individuals, attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Cao Zhendong, the company’s deputy general manager.

Hu Guoliang, Secretary of the Company’s Party Branch and Chairman, delivered a work report titled “Customer-Centricity, People-First Approach, and All-Out Efforts to Build a High-Quality, Specialized, Sophisticated, and Innovative Enterprise.” The report comprehensively reviewed all aspects of the company’s operations in 2024 and laid out detailed plans for key priorities in 2025.

Zhao Liangman, Deputy Secretary of the Company’s Party Branch and General Manager, conveyed the spirit of the 2025 Work Conference of CETC and CETC BOWEI, urging all departments to promptly organize study and dissemination sessions. He also emphasized that, in conjunction with the refinement of annual key performance indicators and the breakdown of priority tasks, concrete measures must be taken to ensure effective implementation.

Implement the value philosophy of “customer-centricity and putting contributors first.” For the first time, the company’s annual meeting was combined with a marketing competition, inviting the heads of regional marketing departments—those who know our customers and industry trends best—to lead their teams in the event. During the competition, they provided detailed insights into their strategic thinking and planning regarding market‑segment selection, key product positioning, and industry‑niche targeting. That afternoon, the company held its annual management review meeting, attended by leaders and experts from the Human Resources Department of CETC BOWEI. At the meeting, each department focused on the company’s annual work report and the regional reports from the marketing competition, leveraging their specific circumstances to distill core performance indicators and articulate priority action plans, supported by clear strategies for capability development and resource allocation.

Meanwhile, the meeting urged all departments to firmly uphold the bottom lines of safety, confidentiality, and discipline.

At the meeting, Bowei Electric’s outstanding teams and individuals of the year were recognized.
